A YEAR OF FIRSTS

This is a year of firsts for our very special grandson, Wyatt.
This is the first year he has ridden on the big yellow bus to school.

And, he has lost his first tooth.

Aaaaaand, he ran for the office of Citizen of the Month and won!
Maybe this is some indication of his future.

Even though he lives far away,
we always enjoy seeing him through pictures.
We love him!

What a gorgeous kid, and that'a a smile to melt the heart of any self-respecting grandmother! What great pictures. My middle one turned 16 today. Just can't believe it. He's my "mama's boy" in the very best sense of the words... 6 ft. and 195 lbs. and all boy... but still loves to hug his mama.

I love your new header! That ice in the birdbath is really something, too. We haven't gotten down below freezing here, yet. I am loving reading your "thankful for" posts... there is really so much when you do stop and think about it. We are so blessed.

Love,
Christi

They are suce a beautiful family. Those are really BIG first. Kids get so excited about the big bus - it's so fun for them.
